Mary is an economist and leadership expert, specializing in improving business efficiency and profits throughout every economic climate. One of the first female graduates from the US Naval Academy, Mary has trained over 20,000 military and civilian personnel in multi-cultural environments all over the world. She focuses on building successful strategies for business leaders. Quoted by the Wall Street Journal, KRDO TV and radio, and in numerous periodicals, Mary is a known college professor, engaging speaker, and author of five leadership books. Mary's keynotes are content-rich, enjoyable, and tailored to meet the needs of each audience. Mary retired from the Navy after 21 years of active duty as a commander.

Brianne Powell has extensive experience as a social media manager for business, starting her web and graphic design business, BreeDesigns, LLC in 1998. With a foundation in traditional marketing and strong foothold in new media, she has built her reputation in the marketing industry on her simple, yet elegant design and excellent communication skills. As a Social Media Manager, Brianne specializes in online internet marketing, social media marketing, traditional marketing, public relations communications, personal and social networking, and customer retention. Brianne is also a blogger and writes articles on business and social media topics. She incorporates her skills in graphic and web design to create appealing e-newsletters and business websites for her exceptional clients.
She has an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Regis University and two undergraduate degrees in French and Advertising from Louisiana State University. She is currently completing a masters certificate in Internet Marketing through the University of San Francisco. Although she has lived all over the world, she is a 5th generation Colorado native, whose great-grandparents homesteaded in Steamboat Springs. She also reads over 100 books a year.
